Specifications: equipped with a first stainless-steel labyrinth filter that can be
opened and washed, and a second double set of acrylic filters that allows to stop all
the particles aspirated, even the finest ones.

Tiramisu has a powder coated external finish, food approved, with internal stainless
steel structure AISI 304 – scotch brite finish.has a comfortable work surface ideal for the use of pastry trays (400x600mm).
Optional: stainless steel (AISI 304) stand on casters, equipped with a retractable
working table and a medical oil free compressor (10lt – food graded).
