Pearl Powder Sparkle colorant is applied directly on the surface of the product to color and give pearlescent effects to your products. Ideal for giving an elegant pearly color to many confectionery creations.
It can be used to decorate sugar paste and on the surface it can be used as is or diluted in alcohol to create a “food tempera”.
Pearl Powder Sparkle is not intended for mass colouring , as it would lose its pearlescent effect, visible only on transparent masses or on the surface. By applying it manually, you can obtain a fantastic pearlescent effect on the surface of your cake.
Pearl Powder Sparkle food coloring can also be used on all types of desserts such as biscuits, chocolate, cakes, semifreddo, ice cream and much more.
