DCM Pneumatic Pressure System

The DCM Pneumatic Pressure System attaches discreetly onto the main frame of the machine and the horizontal top bar, and will not interfere with loading process.

In the traditional mechanical spring tension method, the decreasing micron size of the product during refining results in decreasing stone pressure. Consequently, refining is less productive and batch refining times are longer.

The Pneumatic Pressure System applies consistent and even pressure throughout the entire batch without the need for continuous babysitting of the machine. This also extends the life of the machine by preventing the over-tensioning of the roller stones which results in premature wearing down of the components and the machine. Makers can also conch with this accessory simply by removing the pressure on the stones.
